Oh, you thought we wouldn’t ship to you? Think again. We’re bringing Lacheela to the world, straight from the UK. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping.

⚠️ Please Note: Due to current EU regulations, we unfortunately do not ship to the EU at this time. However, we are actively working on it!

Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are generally not shipped the same day they are placed.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

The Important Stuff

Courier Services: We use reputable, tracked couriers including DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail.

Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Lacheela is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, and are not obligated to offer a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If an item is lost by our courier in transit, we will do our best to retrieve it. If it absolutely cannot be located, we will issue store credit. However, if an item is lost or stolen after a successful delivery confirmation by the courier, we cannot offer a refund or store credit.

Delays & Breaks: Occasionally, customs or courier delays may extend delivery times beyond our estimates. Furthermore, as a small business, we occasionally take short team breaks which may impact shipping times.
