Lacheela guarantees the authenticity of every product it sells on its website.

How to clean

We recommend leaving the cleaning of your lehenga to the professionals, aka the dry cleaners. We do not recommend cleaning Lacheela clothing at home.

How to iron

The only way we would recommend ironing your Lacheela clothing is to steam your items using a hand held steamer. 

How to store 

When storing your Lacheela clothing we recommend air tight storage, this could be a bag or box. Keep Lacheela clothing in a dark and dry place, definitely out of the sun (to avoid any discolouration).

Before wearing our Lacheela skirts we would recommend hanging them, using the internal ribbons to let the cancan inside relax and give the best A-line silhouette. 

Payment

Lacheela.com accepts; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Shop Pay, Discover and Diners Club. Only one form of payment may be used per order and full payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Currency

All our prices are shown and charged in British Pounds.

Duties & taxes

UK: You will not be charged any duties upon delivery.

International: Your order will be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis, and may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

The delivery charge will vary between locations and order size.

We have a Flat Rate for all destinations:

UK

Standard delivery from £5: receive your order within 2 – 4 business days from dispatch date.

Europe

Standard delivery from £15: receive your order within 3 – 17 business days from dispatch date.

USA and Canada

Standard delivery from £25: receive your order within 3 – 17 business days from dispatch date.

UAE

Standard delivery from £45: receive your order within 3 – 17 business days from dispatch date.

Australia and New Zealand

Standard delivery from £50: receive your order within 3 – 17 business days from dispatch date.

Rest of the world

Standard delivery from £50: receive your order within 3 – 17 business days from dispatch date.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, orders usually will not be shipped the same day they are placed.
