Yes, all our items are ready-to-wear and ship.

Can I return my items?

We have a 28-day return policy from the day that you receive your product. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached. The return will be processed once the item has been received by us.

How much is delivery?

We now offer standard and express delivery! Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout and will vary depending on location and order size.

How long does it take to receive the items?

Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery within the UK. International orders could take 1 - 3 weeks. Use the tracking number on your confirmation email to keep updated with your order.

Can I pre order items?

No, we do not take pre orders. Keep a lookout on our social media @lacheelaclothing to see when we have a restock or sign up to our mailing list.

Do you make alterations?

We do not offer alterations, but you should find the size you need by looking at our size guide. Send us an email us if you have any questions. If you need an alteration, we recommend buying one size up than you would normally wear and alter as necessary.
