Yes, you can return Ready-to-Wear lehengas within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and all original tags are fully attached.

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address or need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@lacheela.com. Once an order has been processed by our team or handed over to the courier, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel it.

Our pieces are highly delicate, featuring intricate craftsmanship, and should be dry cleaned only. Store them in a breathable garment bag to maintain their beauty and protect the embroidery.

We ship worldwide straight from the UK! However, please note that due to current EU regulations, we unfortunately do not ship to the EU at this time. You can view our full rate breakdown in our Shipping Policy.

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders over £150. For UK orders under £150 and international destinations (including the USA, Canada, UAE, Australia, and New Zealand), flat-rate shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. You can view our full rate breakdown in our Shipping Policy.
