Lacheela Returns & Exchange Policy
At Lacheela, every piece is made just for you, because you deserve clothing that fits like a dream and makes you feel fan-f**cking-tasic. Since some of our designs are made-to-measure, we want to make sure you have all the details about our returns and exchange policy for a smooth and stress-free experience.
Made-to-Measure Lehengas
As each made-to-measure lehenga is custom-crafted to your exact measurements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Prior to dispatch, we verify that all provided measurements align with the final product to ensure accuracy. If you have any concerns regarding sizing, we strongly recommend booking a video consultation before placing your order.
Western Clothing & Hair Accessories
- Customised Western Clothing: Items that have been customised (length) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Non-Customised Western Clothing: We offer a 28-day return policy for non-customised Western clothing. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you may return it for a refund or exchange. However, we encourage you to review our size guide or book a video consultation before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please allow 4-8 weeks for the new item to be made before it is dispatched, as all Western clothing is made to order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return, please contact us at info@lacheela.com. Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return/exchange is approved:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including any duties, customs fees, or taxes (if applicable).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any costs incurred by Lacheela for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the return remains your responsibility until received by us.
- All tracking information for the return needs to be sent to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- We will require images of the damaged or incorrect item.
- If damage occurs during delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns will be processed once the item has been received by us, with all original tags attached.
- If an item is lost by courier please contact us immediately, we try our best efforts to locate the parcel. If the parcel cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or a credit note.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on:
- Sample items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items with removed or altered tags
- Custom sizes
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
