We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We know as plus size women we need to try on everything we buy, so if things don’t fit the way you expect, send it back and we can give you a new size! However, please look carefully at our size guide to make sure you get the correct sizes or contact us for a video consultation. Remember keep those tags attached! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lacheela.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, duties, customs fees and taxes (if applicable) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any costs incurred by Lacheela for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are exchanging and item, all the above applies. Once we receive your item we will check it over and contact you via email to discuss what you would like to exchange it for.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do a thorough quality check before our items are sent; however, we know delivery can cause some damages if this happens, we will cover the return charges. We will ask for images of the product if it has been damaged on delivery. The return will be processed once the item has been received by us. Remember all tags must be attached for the return to be processed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample items, sale items or gift cards.

All items with tags removed or altered will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.



We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and update you on whether or not your refund request was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
